Clickshare's technical development is headquartered in Williamstown, MA, a beautiful New England town in the Berkshire Mountains of Western Massachusetts. We have secured funding and early-adopting customers, and are looking for energetic technical staff to help us shape and improve the Clickshare technology. We are looking for people with all types of skills and experience relating to internet software development.

Desired skill areas include:

• web programming (JAVA Servlets, Perl CGI, XML & HTML generation)
• web design (graphic design & browser-based interfaces)
• database programming (JDBC, web-based db interfaces, db stored procedures)
• commerce applications (account management, both web-based and otherwise)
• quality assurance (testing web interfaces, distributed applications)
• website hosting (equipment selection, facility setup and administration)

Two or three years of experience is desirable. However, recent graduates with excellent references and highly experienced engineers are very welcome. First and foremost, we are looking for people who thrive in a team environment, can work well with diverse personalities, appreciate a high degree of autonomy, and most of all seek to do what's necessary to create and improve this exciting technology.
